We were only in Ecuador for a few days. The only thing that we had booked before we left England, was the Inca trail and it was fast approaching, so we had limited time.
We did a mountain bike trip to Volcano Cotopaxi, which is 5800m high, we went up to 4800m by jeep and then rode down to the bottom.
It was pretty bumpy and chilly.
The next day we did a walking tour of Quito old city, this is the main square.
